Coaching overview

In each package, you will be able to choose which one best fits the goals and needs that you are trying to achieve.  While each person's needs will vary, picking the length of time you will need depends on you and the effort of work you will put forth towards your personal goals.  Short-term goals will be in the range of 30 days to 3 months.  Long-term goals will vary between 3-6 months.

While the consultation is not required, it is recommended to see if we are a good fit to work together.
